Description
WW1 Series
SE5a Up Sun
Led by the flight commander (pennants on the wing struts) a section of Se5s drop on to a pair of Fokker Dr1 triplanes. Without any radio communication the flight commander organises his colleagues by a waggle of the wings and hand signals follow me! Falling out of the up-sun position the Se5s should have a significant advantage even although the DR1s have already broken hard, left and right, to offset the attack. Typical event on the hard days of 1917-18 in Flanders.
